The fourth round of the Queensland Small Business Digital Grants program has just opened for applications.
Queensland based businesses that tick off the following criteria are able to apply to access dollar for dollar matching for various digital services including content development (including web page development, Mobile application development, visual and audio media); receiving payments or selling online; specialised digital technology or software which is business specific; or digital planning, marketing strategy development, and training. Proudly Supporting Youngcare
We’re feeling all warm inside here at the Copirite office and it has nothing to do with the soaring temperatures outside!
Today we received a beautiful card from one of the charities that we proudly support that has resulted in the warm fuzzies hitting. Beautifully embossed and hand signed by the Youngcare team – it certainly was the nicest thing to hit our letterbox in a while. Thank you in turn to our wonderful clients who support us and provide us with the ability to make a contribution to the causes that are close to our hearts.
Cupcake Day for the RSPCA – 2013
Monday 19th August was the RSPCA’s annual fundraiser – Cupcake Day.
Designers, Account managers and production staff all got their ovens blazing to create some of these fantastic Cupcake creations.
Together with our local businesses we’ve raised around $500 so far for this worthy cause. Good work team Copirite!
Men’s Health Campaign – It will affect U
June 10-16th is Men’s Health Week, and we’re proud to team up with the PA Research Foundation again to support this worthy cause. This years campaign centres around getting your man to ‘Muscle Up’ for Men’s Health – manning up and getting in to see the doc for a general check up. To give them some incentive, apart from good health, the PA team came up with the concept of a ManDate Leave Pass. Visit mandate.org.au; purchase a pass which provides the foundation with funds to provide further research, but also gives your man a ‘free pass’ to do as he pleases for an afternoon / a day – whatever you are willing to give – in return for his health check. Not a bad deal, we think!
The creative team at Copirite have been involved in all aspects of this campaign – graphic design, web design and development, social media graphics, print production and distribution and the major Appeal direct mail design and production. Some of the digital pieces are shown here, and the TVC is also live now.

Youngcare Heroes

It’s not often you get called a hero, let alone recieve a super-hero figurine in the mail. It’s a nice feeling! The hard working team at Copirite always support a worthy cause and this year we’ve chosen youngcare as one of our chosen charities.
We were delighted to donate 3 x plasma TV’s to the Youngcare Apartments on the Gold Coast and thank our clients for supporting us and in turn making us, as described by youngcare – ‘heros’, defined as a a person of distinguished courage or ability, admired for his brave deeds and noble qualities.
Now that’s a warm fuzzy feeling that makes you want to do more.

Once again Copirite has been selected to showcase works, and in the 2011 Edition of Oz Graphix, due out in coming months, we have included a selection from each graphic designer. We’ve focussed on our Hospitality designs and eagerly await revealing which artworks have been chosen to be included in the publication.
Cupcake Day for the RSPCA

We’re delighted to announce that our cupcake fundraising drive has earned us the trophy for Queensland Most Money Raised – 2010.
Through our creative baking efforts we collected $3405 for this worthy cause. We look forward to a bigger baking effort next year!
New Flatbed Printer

December 2009 saw the arrival of our state of the art UV flatbed printer. With built in primer the machine is capable of printing directly to virtually all substrates up to 100mm thick, including glass, acrylic, corflute, foamboard, alupanel and even doors!
Other impressive features include white ink and gloss varnish, suitable for highlighting areas of artwork or an overall varnish when required. Each day we are amazed by the high range of items we are able to print with the addition of white ink!
